Happy Thursday! Hope everyone’s had a great week so far. Today I have some beautiful art created by New Zealand artist Shane Hansen. Shane’s artwork is full of bold colours, clean lines and Maori heritage. He explores different mediums with his designs, using wood, glass and metal and details are kept to a miniumum to “achieve an image of high impact, depth and meaning”. Being of Maori, Chinese, Danish and Scottish descent (all true..!!) Shane explores his cultural background within his art.

He has also created a handful of objects for the home, like this gorgeous, limited edition, kid’s Wishbone bike - my personal favourite. How cool is that?!
